Many of our properties around Florence and Siena occupy a panoramic position on top of a hill with breathtaking views over the rolling Chianti hills. You can relax near the pool in tranquil countryside making excursions to the beautiful hill towns nearby like San Gimignano and Pienza, but still be in easy reach of the bustling centres of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

LA CORTICELLA - Ref.S100 - Sleeps 4 Buonconvento (SI)
La Corticella is a charming old 13th century Tuscan farmhouse on a hillside with wonderful views as far as Montalcino over an area rich in castles. the house has recently been restored using the original materials like terracotta floors and exposed beams, and the house has lost none of its original charm.
There are two apartments at the property, each with private entrance and private outside area furnished with table and chairs for dining out. There is the lovely swimming pool in the beautiful garden next to the vineyard.

IL PODERINO - near Monteriggioni (SI) - Ref.F30 - Sleeps 2 - 4
Il Poderino is an old country farmhouse, situated on a hill overlooking a beautiful landscape of vineyards and olive groves in the heart of Chianti.
Restored and furnished in typical Tuscan style, each apartment has its own private sitting area outside, ideal for al fresco dinners. It would be an understatement to say they have breathtaking views; each windows is like an exquisite, framed painting.
Guests share the beautiful swimming pool. On a clear day the famous towers of San Gimignano are just visible from the property.

BORGO DI FONTEBUSSI Montegonzi (AR)-Ref. F33 - Sleeps 2, 3, 4 & 6
Surrounded by thousands of olive trees, Borgo di Fontebussi, in the Chianti region, is set in lovely gardens with a very large pool, it has beautiful views across the valley.
Just across the road are other apartments, a restaurant and bar. You can use these facities including a shop, a large swimming pool and paddling pool, whichever part you are in. Borgo di Fontebussi offers easy links to the main art centres of Tuscany.

LA VALLE - Tenuta La Pieve Presciano (AR) - Ref. F32v - Sleeps 2-7
Tenuta La Pieve lies on the gentle hills equidistant from Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
This old farm house has been charmingly restored into six delightful apartments. Each apartment has private entrance and its own out area equipped with table and chairs for al fresco meals. At the guests' disposal: are a wide garden, covered patio equipped with table and chairs, BBQ and kitchen; swimming pool on two levels.

GIGLIO - Tenuta La Pieve Presciano (AR) - Ref. F32g -Sleeps 4 & 6
Giglio is another group of just three superbly restored farmhouse apartments on the large olive oil and Chianti estate of Tenuta La Pieve.
This has been recently restored into three spacious apartments. Each apartment has private entrance and garden. The large pool hangs on the hillside with spectacular views across the valley.
You can walk to the shop and restaurant in the little village nearby.

TENUTA LA CAMPANA - Ref. S105 - Sleeps 2 - 7 Asciano (SI)
This charming mediaeval country Estate south of Siena comprises 8 apartments in several buildings and has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Every apartment has 2 bathrooms and is furnished to a very high standard with old Tuscan furniture and beautifully tiled and fitted new bathrooms and there is a large swimming pool and a tennis court.

PILARI - Mercatale di Cortona (AR) - Ref. U501 - Sleeps 2 or 4
On the borders of Tuscany and Umbria, Pilari is only a short drive to Cortona or Lake Trasimeno. A short walk takes you to the old market town of Mercatale, with a few shops, bars and restaurants. The newly restored apartments have a splendid pool with a spa section. There are lovely views across the sunflower fields to the hills beyond. The pool is set in the gardens with shady arbours for sitting under in the heat of the day. The friendly owner has provided plenty of chairs for lounging on around the swimming pool. Each apartment has a private terrace or outside eating area. It is well positioned for exploring the wonderful cities of Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia as well as the famous towns of Tuscany.

SANTA MARGHERITA Staggia (Chianti) - Ref. F34 - Sleeps 2 & 4
Situated in the Chianti region, and conveniently situated for visits to Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and many other fascinating historical Tuscan towns and villages, The four well furnished apartments are surrounded by well laid out gardens and olive groves, each with a private terrace and satellite TV. Set in a sunny position, there is a large swimming pool with a hydro-massage corner and ample room for lounging chairs and sunshades.

LA COPPA - Ref. S104 - Sleeps 2 - 6 - Asciano (SI)
This old farmhouse and buildings has been beautifully restored by the young family who own it. The 5 apartments sleep 2+, 4+ and 6+ persons & each has its own sitting out area, and use of the lovely swimming pool. It is only 5 minutes drive from the small town of Asciano which has a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a bank. Siena is under 30 minutes away.

PODERE BELLAVISTA - Sleeps 2 & 4 Val d'Orcia (SI)
Set amidst olive and holm-oak trees, this lovely 16th century stone farmhouse overlooks open countryside of the Val d’Orcia as far as the eyes can see. The house has been restored divided into five apartments, each with its own private outside area or terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out. An old barn has been renovated as a communal room where typical Tuscan dinners can be served.
Well located to visit Montalcino it’s the ideal place for a relaxing break, tasting superb Tuscan cooking and sipping a good glass of wine!

PODERE BAGNOLO - Ref. S103 - Sleeps 2 & 4 Murlo (SI)
An old stone farmhouse next to the owners’ house has been recently well restored to a high standard and divided into two independent apartments. Both apartments are furnished with taste and style, retaining a typical Tuscan country flavour, with cotto floors and exposed beams.
In the grassy garden in front of the house, each apartment has its own private table and chairs for dining out.

LA CURIA - Ref. S_CUR - Sleeps 4 -6 Sovicille
Situated near the peaceful hamlet of Stigliano, south of Siena, Casa La Curia is the ground floor of a lovely old stone house which has been restored retaining the old Tuscan style with beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors.
The house has a large well-tended garden and a terrace/pergola just in front of the main entrance, with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
A small apartment on the first floor of the same building can be rented together with La Curia.

PODERE BRACALETO - Ref. S122 - Sleeps 2 & 2+2 Pievescola (SI)
Podere Bracaleto is ideal for those who wish to be away from it all to enjoy true peace and tranquility. These two apartments have been delightfully restored, each with its own sitting out area. Bracaleto is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy the beautiful countryside which is ideal for walking. Close to Siena and San Gimignano.

LA FRANGIOSA - Ref. S154 - Sleeps 2 - Casciano di Murlo
This lovely apartment is in an old stone-built farmhouse on the edge of the village of Casciano di Murlo. The nearest restaurant is within walking distance.The friendly owners produce olive oil and Chianti.
Very much for those who want a simple rural property, this is a wonderful spot for walking and ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of Tuscany.

These well appointed apartments are situated in the heart of the fascinating Montagnola Natural Park. The Agriturismo dell'Arnano is only 10 minutes drive from Siena and the lovely walled town of Monteriggioni. Surrounded by wooded hills this lovely old stone house has recently been restored to make four separate apartments with their own entrance.

An old barn has been converted into an very large indoor pool with a jacuzzi.There are glass doors and roof , which are opened in summer. As the pool is heated, it can be used all year. Weekends or weeks.

SANTA LUCIA is a typical old Tuscan brick farm house set in the rolling hills of the Sienese countryside.

A delightful stone house set behind a Romanesque church in a sunny little hamlet midway between Florence and Siena. It is reached through lush woodland where there is always a cool breeze. The striking feature is the peace and quiet of the surrounding nature and the feeling that you are centuries away from the 'modern world'. Here you will get away from it all, relax in the shade of an ancient tree and soak in the atmosphere! If you like walking, this is also the ideal place for you.

An excellent location from which to explore the cities of Assisi, Gubbio, Perugia and Asisi, and to visit Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and islands.

Leonardo and Michelangelo are two parts of a house in a perfect old Tuscan 'borgo', going back to Roman times, all of which which has been beautifully restored. The views across the olive groves and vineyards towards Siena and Monteriggioni are spectacular.
It is set in the heart of Chianti Classico country, surrounded by the 'Melini' vineyards.
There is a large swimming pool and a tennis court for the use of the borgo.
