LA MONTAGNA

LA COLLINA
- Ref. L16 - Sleeps 6 		This lovely old stone house has been restored into two apartments with stunning views of the Apuan Alps. There is a large open courtyard to the front with wonderful views across the valley.
There is an attractive swimming pool which has been landscaped into the grounds to the rear of the property and the views from here are wonderful.
Each apartment has its own garden area with magnificent views and enjoys the use of the pool.


L'AMOROSA
- Ref. L14 - sleeps 6
An old stone house that has recently been restored with loving care and situated beside Villa Gelsomina. Although they share the same pool they both have terraces on opposite sides so they are not overlooking each other. This is a peaceful location is within walking distance of Bagnone.


CASCINA LIVIA

This delightful stone Tuscan house built in 1842 has been recently restored retaining many of the original features such as brick archways and wonderful chestnut beams. Situated in the valley amidst rolling hills with a backdrop of mountains, Cascina Livia is in a peaceful position with the sound of the nearby stream.



VILLA SALVINI - L25 - Sleeps 7+       Pieve di Camaiore - only 10 km from the sea

This villa is something quite special, perched on the top of a hill with breath taking views towards the sea. Although it is only 10 km from the sea, it is high enough into the foothills of the Apuan Alps to provide cool temperatures in summer, beautiful colours in autumn and heavily-scented flowers in spring. There is a lovely garden and a swimming-pool. A walk down the lane brings you the village of Pieve, with two bar/pizzerias and a shop. Ideal for a family holiday.

This lovely golden stone house stands in its own grounds in a private and peaceful position close to the town of Villafranca.
It is set in woodland and looks out across a valley. The garden is often is often visited by deer and porcupines.
This is a comfortable family house.
