It is situated in a dominant and quiet position, 500 metres above sea level, amidst vineyards and olive groves, in the grounds of a farm villa. The barn is part of a small farm with its own wine and olive oil production in the heart of the Chianti Classico. There is a private, partly shaded lawn in front of the house. Panoramic swimming pool 70m away (8m x 16m). The home owner has access to the pool at weekends.

There are wonderful views over the vineyards and olives. The villa has extensive lawns, with floodlit swimming pool.
The villa has been divided into two apartments that are completely independent but can be internally linked to also be spacious private villa.
