This restored ancient villa is set high up in extensive woodlands a few kilomtres from Siena along the old Via Cassia. It is close to the old Etruscan town of Rosia and is an ideal location for walking and relaxing, as well as enjoying the historical and cultural aspects of Tuscany.
The villa, 180 sq metres on two floors. Has cotto floors and timber beams throughout.
On the ground floor there is the kitchen (with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine), a large living room with fireplace, and a downstairs WC.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite, 2 twin bedrooms, and a bathroom w1th bath.
The swimming pool has wonderful views towards the Romanesque chapel of Ponte allo Spino and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The spacious courtyard and garden are ideal for relaxing in tranqillity and perfect for chidren to play in total security.
A barbecue is provided, along with tables and chairs for eating out, as well as sunbeds. Private parking area.
Siena is 12 km away and Sovicille, with shops and restaurants, only 3 km away.
Giovanna & Michela, the owners, will prepare typical Tuscan meals on request.
(Antipasto, first & second course, pudding, - 30 Euros per person, drinks extra. Children under 2 free. 2-10 years 50%) Minimum 4 persons.
They can also run Tuscan cookery classes at 40 per person. They will show how to prepare typical tuscan dishes and then serve you them as dinner or lunch.

The prices are per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the swimming pool open from the 15th May till the 30th of September (Round swimming pool diameter 7,40 meters, 1,40 deep)
To pay on the premises: in winter central heating upon use 2 per hour
