This charming little cottage in Varano is everyone's idea of a Tuscan country cottage. It has vines and roses around the door and in front of the house there is a delightful garden, that is ideal for sunbathing or catching up on some quiet reading. The patio outside the front door with a table, chairs and sun umbrella is ideal for eating outside, or just just sitting with a glass of wine looking at the view.

LA CASETTA Prota Ref. L27 - Sleeps2+2
La Casetta is a little stone-built Tuscan cottage in the same group as La Taverna. Completely separate from the others it is a perfect hideaway with all modern conveniences and spectacular views from all the rooms and the portico-covered terrace. At the end of the small garden there are steps down to the large pool.
A shop, bar and restaurant are only a couple of minutes walk away.

LA TAVERNA Prota Ref. L26 - Sleeps2
La Taverna is a very special small property sharing a pool with three other houses. Completely made of stone it seems as though it is carved out of the rock. The kitchen area in the main room has an ancient marble sink, though modern plumbing!
Set into a corner of the stone wall in the bedroom is a luxurious spa bath. There is also a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The living room opens onto a walled courtyard, while the bedroom has its own private garden.
A few steps away is the large pool with wonderful views over the hills. It is set in a friendly village with a shop, bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away.

La Scala is an enchanting hilltop hideaway in Viano with spectacular views over the valley towards the mountains. This charming Tuscan village house has been converted and furnished in a style that retains much of its original character. The view from the terrace is especially dramatic at sunset.

Il Cielo is set in a hilltop village with spectacular views. The apartment and furniture has all been restored by the owners and retains the feel of the old borgo.
There is small private garden, and wood-fired heating for the cooler seasons. It is surrounded by spectacular walking country. River swimming the Torrente Taverone a short walk away.

Casa Nonna is next door to Il Cielo which has just been restored by the owners in the same traditional style. There is balcony looking out across the valley.
The village has a particular silence to it - only the bells of the sheep in the distance and the gentle wind.

Nestled in its own woodland garden beside the river, this delightful property has been furnished to provide attractive and comfortable accommodation. There is a large terrace to the side of the house and the peaceful grounds lead down to the crystal clear water tumbling over large stones on its way to the deeper river pools which are ideal for a cool dip in the heat of the summer. A lovely spot for children.
