It has vines and roses around the door and in front of the house there is a delightful garden, that is ideal for sunbathing or catching up on some quiet reading. There is a paved area opposite the front door with a table, chairs and sun umbrella for outdoor dining.
Newly refurbished and now with central heating for letting any time of the year. Use of the owner's watercolour studio.

    SAN BERNARDO is situated on a hillside amidst stunning scenery. This two bedroom, ground floor apartment has a patio outside the door with wonderful views across the Lunigiana countryside. There is a private beautiful garden and a swimming pool, all private. There is small trattoria in the local village less than a kilometre away, and a shop in the next village.
    Fivizzano, the nearest sizeable town, is a lovely old market town with bars and restaurants around the fountain in the main piazza. In July and August a music and drama festival is staged in the piazza, which ends with a jousting contest. From £475 per week.

    Gelsomina is a lovely old stone Tuscan home that is situated in its own grounds and approached by a tree lined drive.
    The garden and swimming pool is shared with its sister house, L'Amorosa, but there is secluded private terrace outside the front door, with lovely views.
    You can stroll into Bagnone via a pathway to the rear of the garden. Bagnone is a lovely old town with arcaded streets, and shops, bars and restaurants.

    Set high in the hills above the attractive market town of Fivizzano this old stone house has been lovingly restored by its English owners to retain its original features. It has a large stone-flagged courtyard which has glorious views down the valley.
    The attractive town of Fivizzano has open-airbars and restaurants around the fountain in the piazza and in July and August a festival of Music and drama is held each year and ends with a colourful jousting ceremony.
