With spectacular views of the Tuscan landscape, this is a newly restored villa with private swimming pool.
The villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with exposed beams, arches and terracotta floors and furnished with many antiques. Air conditioning available. The property is set close to a country road, leading to a small agriturismo (about 1 km away) with a restaurant open for dinner. The nearest village is Ponte d’Arbia, reachable driving along 3 kms of a small road, just 1 km unmade, but suitable cars. In Ponte d’Arbia clients can find a bar, a grocery and a restaurant.
