This beautiful Tuscan villa is approached via wrought iron gates, through the Italianate gardens.
It forms part of the estate of La Campana and across its courtyard, this villa faces a little private chapel built in the 17th century, which is still used for mass on Sunday. The owners have nearly completed the new swimming pool which is private for the use of the villa and has wonderful views. There are several apartments in separate buildings on the estate and they share another swimming pool and tennis court. Villa Campana is totally separate and has its own entrance. The accommodation is on two floors. At ground floor there is a large living room which has a large fireplace with seats on either side.This room is very comfortable furnished with sofas and armchairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen where, if required, an expert chef can prepare typical Tuscan dishes, a TV room, a tea room, a beautiful dining room which opens directly to the garden and a bathroom. On the upper floor there is a well equipped billiard room, 4 twin bedded rooms, one double bedded room, one single room, all of them with an inside private bathroom, most having a full bath.. The villa is furnished with antiques and is surrounded by a beautiful private park. |

The price includes the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, cutlery, crockery and saucepans, water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, final cleaning. use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs and tennis, trekking routes, internet access, children’s playground, barbecue and parking lot.
Extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating upon use, maid service € 22 per hour (to be booked and paid on the premises). 2 hours per day maid service compulsory for the Villa except on public holidays. Chef service on request. Arrival Saturday afternoon from 5 pm to 7 pm.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Swimming-pool: open from 1st of May till 30th of September. Pets not allowed Inventory deposit Euro 500,00. |
