At one end of the large swimming pool there is a covered pergola to provide shade in the hot summer months. The accommodation is on the ground floor of their house which consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, and an 'L' shaped living room/kitchen which has a sofabed to provide extra sleeping accommodation. You will see from the photograph of the living area, with the open fireplace, that there is an archway which leads into the very well equipped kitchen that also has a table and chairs for dining. A lovely arched glass doorway leads directly from here onto a delightful private patio area with built in barbecue and views to the hills beyond. There is a separate apartment upstairs which is let to a University Professor and his wife, who are out all day and are not always there and they would be unobtrusive. They do not have access to the pool and your garden as it is for your private use. The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. To pay on the premises: central heating in winter upon use (€ 5 per cubic meter). Inventory deposit: € 150 Pets not allowed. Swimming pool open from 18 April
