This wonderful old stone house has been lovingly restored by the owners into two lovely apartments with stunning views of the Apuan Alps. There is a large open courtyard to the front with wonderful views across the valley.
The attractive swimming pool has been landscaped into the grounds to the rear of the property and the views from here are stunning.
It is situated in a peaceful hamlet walking distance from the old village of Gragnola, which has a good selection of shops, bars, restaurants, buses and a railway station. A few minutes down the hill there is an excellent Pizzeria where you can dine outside.
Equi Terme is only ten minutes drive away where there are several excellent restaurants, as well as in Monzone.
Each apartment has its own garden area with magnificent views and enjoys the use of the pool and well-equipped barbecue area.
