LA TAVERNA            Prota       - Sleeps2
La Taverna is a very special small property sharing a pool with three other houses. Completely made of stone it seems as though it is carved out of the rock. The kitchen area in the main room has an ancient marble sink, though modern plumbing!
Set into a corner of the stone wall in the bedroom is a luxurious spa bath. There is also a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The living room opens onto a walled courtyard, while the bedroom has its own private garden. A few steps away is the large pool with wonderful views over the hills. It is set in a friendly village with a shop, bar and restaurant only a couple of minutes walk away.

LA CASETTA            Prota       - Sleeps2+2
La Casetta is a little stone-built Tuscan cottage in the same group as La Taverna. Completely separate from the others it is a perfect hideaway with all modern conveniences and spectacular views from all the rooms and the portico-covered terrace. At the end of the small garden there are steps down to the large pool.
A shop, bar and restaurant are only a couple of minutes walk away.

LA VISTA            Prota       - Sleeps 4-8
La Vista is set in an ancient village high above the Taverone valley, another one of those in the collection of four newly converted houses set on a hillside with stupendous views. You can gaze across to the beautiful pool from the terrace to he hills beyond. It is a converted cottage with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, in the heart of the village, which boasts a shop, bar and excellent restaurant - all within 3 minutes' walk.

FIORI DI CAMPO            - Sleeps 4/10       Private pool
This lovely stone country house is situated on the hillside at the edge of a small village with spectacular views across to the mountains. The village must have the best views in Lunigiana.
There is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the stunning views, as well as a garden and vineyards to wander in. Just above the house is a large swimming pool surrounded by a panoramic area for sunbathing. You can walk to a shop and a bar.

Follow the winding road up hill and through olive groves and you’ll come to La Casa di Giallo, set on a south facing hillside with stunning, panoramic views across the valley to the mountains. A spacious four bedroom family house with a large swimming pool and panoramic sunbathing area. Two master bedrooms on the front opening out to a balcony – the views are breathtaking. Also two twin bedrooms, luxury bathroom and shower room. The village nearby has a small shop, and the next village just down the road has a restaurant.

SAN BERNARDO is situated on a hillside amidst stunning scenery. This two bedroom property has a patio outside the door with wonderful views across the Lunigiana countryside. There is a private beautiful garden and a swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of the clients. There is small trattoria in the local village a short walk away, and a shop in the next village.
Fivizzano, the nearest sizeable town, is a lovely old market town with bars and restaurants around the fountain in the main piazza. Every year a world-renowned music festival is held.

This beautiful old villa has been completely restored to provide superb holiday accommodation for eight, with a delightful self-contained hideaway for another two, if required.
The house sits in tumbling gardens dotted with cyprus and olive trees, with two terraces, and a loggia, with wonderful views, half way down to the pool.
Overlooking a National Park, the house is situated in the sunny foothills of the mountains. Just minutes away from a small town with a railway station, shops, restaurants and bars. There is a small shop at the end of the lane where fresh bread and delicious lunch time treats can be found. This is the ideal escape from the pressures of everyday life.

The owners have restored it back to its former glory furnishing the whole house with lovely antique furniture. Surrounded by its own land, there is a long drive up to the house and there are magnificent views from the house and the swimming pool to the Apennine mountains

This impressive 17th century palazzo in historic Tavernelle has its original features - stunning vaulting, an ancient staircase, as well as spacious living areas. The entire palazzo may be rented to a group of 26 people, or the six apartments and two independent 'suites', can be rented separately. An internal private partially paved garden provides a peaceful area for relaxing, dining and cooling-off on summer evenings.

Pieve di Camaiore - only 10 km from the sea This villa is something quite special, perched on the top of a hill with breath taking views towards the sea. Although it is only 10 km from the sea, it is high enough into the foothills of the Apuan Alps to provide cool temperatures in summer, beautiful colours in autumn and heavily-scented flowers in spring. There is a lovely garden and a swimming-pool. A walk down the lane brings you the village of Pieve, with two bar/pizzerias and a shop. Ideal for a family holiday.
