The prices are per apartment per 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of 4 mountain bikes (two with babyseats)
The final cleaning charges will be included in the price if the apartment is left tidy at the time of departure, otherwise there will be a charge of € 50
Inventory deposit: € 150. Baby cot available for free.

Casa Eva is only 200 metres from the beach of the seaside resort of Follonica, near Grosseto in Maremma Tuscany.
The apartment is on the first floor of a two level villa and consists of a spacious living room with kitchen corner (cooker, oven, fridge), tv, electric coffee machine, one double room and a single bed, one double room and bathroom with shower.
French doors from the living room lead to the large covered terrace with table and chairs for dining out.
Two mountain bikes are at the guests disposal (one of them with child seat).
Protected by the Island of Elba, lying right in front, Follonica boasts a mild and pleasant climate. evan during the winter months.
The town centre is lovely, with boutiques and shops of all types, restaurants, trattorias and wine bars – all next to the seafront.
The kilometre long promenade invites walking, jogging or rollerblading.
At the amazingly long beach one can rent beach umbrellas and deck chairs at the bathing establishments or bring ones on to the free beaches.
The seaside resorts also offers the possibility of any kind of water sports and there are several different schools (diving, surf, kitesurf, sailing etc.).
Beautiful inlets like Cala Martina or Cala Violina, the most renowned of the area, are just a few kilometres further south and can be reached only on foot or by bike or, from the sea.
As seaside resort, Follonica has a pleasant night life during the summer months. In the centre shops open until midnight, bars and restaurants are everywhere and open-air discos as well as concerts or cultural events. In the winter, Follonica is quite peaceful and guests can enjoy the beautiful deserted beach.
From Follonica you can easily reach places such as Scarlino (7 km), the elegant Punta Ala (18 km), Castiglione della Pescaia (18 km) or Massa Marittima (19 km).
In less than an hour by car you can go south to Grosseto, the Parco Naturale della Maremma, Monte Argentario with Porto Santo Stefano (ferry to Giglio) and Porto Ercole.
Northwards you can reach the Gulf of Baratti, Populonia and Piombino from where it is possible to go to Island of Elba.
It is also possible to reach Florence, siena, and many other famous places of artistic and cultural interest in Tuscany on a day’s visit.
Follonica is easily reachable by train and it can be an ideal place to spend a holiday without the car. There are railway tracks that cross the residential area of Follonica.
Shops are walking distance from the house.
