This charming little cottage in Varano is everyone's idea of a Tuscan country cottage. It has vines and roses around the door and in front of the house there is a delightful garden, that is ideal for sunbathing or catching up on some quiet reading. There is a large terrace to the side of the house and the peaceful grounds lead down to the crystal clear water tumbling over large stones on its way to the deeper river pools which are ideal for a cool dip in the heat of the summer. A lovely spot for children.

SAN BERNARDO Ref. L5 – Sleeps 2 & 4 Situated amidst stunning scenery this ground floor apartment has wonderful views across the Lunigiana countryside from its private swimming pool and gardens.

Fivizzano is a lovely old market town with bars and restaurants around the fountain in the main piazza. In July and August a music and drama festival is staged in the piazza and ends in a jousting contest.

A bright sunny apartment in an ancient 'borgo'. There are magnificent views from the house and the panoramic terrace. The property is probably 13th century but has been recently restored throughout.
