La Pollicina is a charming old stone barn situated in a its own garden attached to the owners’ villa in the village of Pievescola (30 km from Siena).

This attractive stone barn is on the ground floor and it consists of a living room with fireplace and kitchen area, one double bedroom and a shower bathroom. It has typical Tuscan style furnishings.
The spacious private garden (150 m2) has olive trees and chestnut trees, a table and chairs for dining out and a barbecue. In the entrance there is a little porch with table and chairs for dining out.

In the village of Pievescola, well-known for its beautiful Romanesque church, there is a little shop and 200 metres away there is a typical Tuscan Restaurant. In the nearest town of Colle Val d’Elsa (15 km away) you can find supermarkets and all kind of shops. Florence is 65 km away. San Gimignano is 30 km away
