This lovely cottage nestled in a pinewood offers comfortable accommodation for four persons. Surrounded by a garden with plenty of areas for outdoor dining and sunbathing, it is within walking distance of Comano, that is now a thriving village with a bank, a good variety of shops and restaurants. The views from Comano to the foothills of the Apennines are spectacular.
La Pineta has a beautiful newly fitted kitchen with a large dining table and fitted bench seats. This leads through to the attractive sitting room that has a corner fireplace and glass door to the garden. A hallway, which has glazed doors opening to a covered loggia, leads to two large bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded and a bathroom with full bath. There is central heating and a washing machine.
This is an ideal house for a family or two couples wishing to explore the beautiful scenery and there are many lovely walks directly into the hills.
