The house is located in the middle of a large property and retains the charm and atmosphere of an old country home. Set in a peaceful position, with views over the countryside rich in forests and the Pratomagno  mountain in the distance. Comfortable rustic style furnishings with antiques. Central heating.
The large fenced-in lawned garden has an automatic gate, a fenced-in swimming pool,  asphalt tennis court (not in perfect condition), oven for pizza, barbecue, aviary, parking on premises.
On request and to be paid on site: cot €40per week, pets allowed (€30/week), trips to Chianti with packed lunch (minimum 8 people), in-house massages and body treatments, Tuscan dinners, grocery order for day of arrival (please request when booking), car rental, transportation to/from airports in Tuscany.
