Situated near the peaceful hamlet of Stigliano, in the countryside south of Siena, Casa La Curia is the ground floor of a lovely old stone house. This delightful house has been restored with meticulous attention to detail, retaining the old Tuscan style and architecture. It is comfortable inside and the beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors give it a very attractive rustic feel. The furnishings are of a high standard, antiques combined with modern conveniences.

The house is surrounded by a large well tended garden, completely fenced, and in addition there is a terrace/pergola just in front of the main entrance, furnished with table and chairs for dining al fresco.

It consists of an entrance leading to the spacious living room with fire place and a small terrace overlooking the countryside, one well equipped kitchen (cooker, oven and fridge, freezer), one twin bedded room, one double bedded room with kingside bed and two bathrooms with shower. A small apartment has been recently restored on the first floor of the same building. This apartment can be only rented together with La Curia. It consists of a living/dining room with kitchen corner (fridge and cooker), one double bedded room and a shower bathroom.

As there is no central heating in this second apartment it can be rented during the summer only. This attractive property is full of character and is an excellent position for visiting Siena and its surroundings.

Guests can enjoy the owner's swimming pool which is located 200mt. from the property.

Nearest shopping facilities and Restaurants in Rosia at only 4 km.

The prices are per apartment per 7 nights and they include water, gas, electricity, linen and laundry changed weekly, final cleaning, private garden, barbecue, and the use of the pool (open from the 17th May to the 30th September) set in the owner’s garden, about 250 mts from the house.
