La Coppa is a charming family-run farmhouse surrounded by the most spectacular countryside of the Siena area. The property is off the road that goes from Siena to the small country town of Asciano (only 10 mins away with shops and restaurants), commonly known as Via Lauretana. The winding road of Via Lauretana presents enchanting views at every bend.

It is also the ideal starting point for day trips to Siena, Montepulciano, Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia.
The recently renovated farmhouse is set on a quiet spot on a hill side, perfect for those looking for peace and relaxation.
In a panoramic position overlooking the valley, you will find a large swimming pool with sun beds and an old barn which has been converted into a very spacious common room equipped with Sat TV and a huge fire-place for BBQ. From this room you can also access a kitchen for all guests to use when you prefer to eat outside by the pool. The swimming pool (6x12 m - deep 1.20/1.80) is open from the 18th of May to the 30th of September.

La Coppa offers four very tastefully furnished apartments in two recently renovated houses (the main house and another renovated barn) situated next to each other. All apartments have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings throughout.

In the main house: ZAFFIRO apartment (ground floor) accommodates 4+2. The entrance is in the living area with a sofa bed separated by a half wall from the kitchen. The kitchen, which has a fireplace, is well equipped, with cooker and fridge freezer. It has one double, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

PERLA apartment (ground floor) accommodates 4+2. It has a spacious living room with sofa bed parted by half a wall from the kitchen (cooker and fridge), one twin and one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

In the barn: RUBINO apartment (ground floor) accommodates 2+2 with a delightful living area with kitchenette (cooker and fridge), double sofa bed and small fireplace, one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

SMERALDO apartment (ground floor) accommodates 2+2 with a comfortable living room with cooking corner (cooker and fridge), one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The young family who own La Coppa are also happy to provide their own produce. A nice family atmosphere in peaceful surroundings.

The price of the apt. includes:
- water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly , the use of the swimming pool, deck chairs and sun umbrella.
To pay on the premises:
- central heating in winter upon use (€ 4.50 per cubic meter)
- final cleaning € 10 per person (min. € 21 for the apt. Rubino and Smeraldo and € 31 for the apts Zaffiro and Perla).
- Swimming pool open from the 4th of May to the 28th of September.
- Inventory deposit € 150.
Pets not allowed. Baby cot available for free on request.
Laundry room, 5 euro per load.
Internet wireless connection for free in the common areas.

Local tax must be paid in cash on site.

On request Tuscan dinners organized by the owners in the common room by the pool. The price range from 18 to 27 euro per person (drinks included) for adults and from 10 to 15 euro for children under 11. Breakfast on request from 5 till 8 euro per person.  For sale, extra virgin olive oil produced in the estate.
