There are two double rooms, a twin room and a room with 4 single beds. There are also 3 bathrooms with shower and 2 separate WC’s.
Outside in the large garden, clients will find a splendid pergola with a build-in barbecue and a terrace fully equipped with garden furniture.

Caccianello not only offers the peace and tranquility of a relaxing holiday in the country, but is a wonderful base for excursions to the main towns of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena (35km),Arezzo, which is only 20 km away,as well as the enchanting smaller hilltowns like Civitella and Pergine Valdarno.
Not far from the property you will find good restaurants (the nearest is less than a mile away), shops and a chemist (2.5 km).

There is a beautiful little one-bedroom house on the edge of the grounds, La Cascina, which can be rented together with the villa.
