Carachteristic: Bianco Il Bardellino has a pale yellow colour, its bouquet is intense, fruity and typical for the varieties. the taste is full, harmonious with a pleasant acidity.

Serving suggestions: risotto, light and delicate pasta dishes, fish and shellfish, soft creamy cheeses.
